Fruit Ripple ice cream

  • 1 x 397g tin condensed milk
  • 1 x litre double cream
  • 2 x tsp vanilla essence
  • 200 ml homemade fruit puree
Put the condensed milk, cream and vanilla essence into a large mixing bowl
Whisk with an electric mixer till thick
Fold in the fruit puree
Freeze overnight of for 6 hours
Scoop and enjoy
